If the host's organs had a problem, the Parasitic Imp would mutate and replace the injured organ's function. Therefore, many demon sorcerers used certain methods to make them fall into a permanent sleep, temporarily replacing the injured organs within their own bodies.
However, if the Parasitic Imp was frightened, they'd eat all the flesh inside the host and break out of their shell. They'd then search for their kind in hell to mate and constantly multiply.

These demons were limited by magic effects; if they were awakened, they would only eat away at the host's stomach and intestines before being forcibly put to sleep.
