Each person's soul carries something different.
There was nothing above the place where Garrett's soul was located.
"Monster Hunter, huh?" Garrett looked condescendingly at the black-robed man opposite him. "Are you really worth the price?"
The pointed chin beneath the hood shivered slightly:
"Mister Garrett, right, that's your name."
Garrett didn't say anything, his rapidly spinning eyes filled with madness and curiosity.
The woman in the hood raised the corner of her mouth in a slight arc:
"I don't know where you're from or which organization or association you belong to, but Mister Garrett's reputation is well known among our crowd, both your madness and your generosity."
Garrett didn't look at the hooded woman but let his eyeballs spin faster and faster in their sockets.
