Upon seeing this, Roxton immediately sped up carrying the bed, his whole face turning red. The seemingly simple wooden bed was much heavier than he thought, as if it were stuffed with dozens of kilograms of iron blocks.
Richard picked up the iron block that Roxton had put down and nervously watched their surroundings.
Boom.
A low sound echoed as the wooden bed was finally propped up vertically against the wall.
Beneath it was empty.
Richard threw the short rod to Roxton and took out a crowbar from his backpack:
"You keep a lookout."
Richard tapped the ground several times with the crowbar, then found a joint between wooden planks and inserted the tip of the crowbar.
Richard clenched his teeth, concentrating his entire body's strength on the crowbar and used classic physics to battle the floor.
With the sound of breaking wooden planks and flying dust, he pried open a small hole.
He looked inside:
"Shit."
Roxton also came over and took a look:
"What the hell?"
