Rigelle came to Kerry's side and signaled with her eyes for her husband to step back temporarily.
Rigelle said:
"Many years ago, there was a supreme god in the Behind-the-scenes Dimension who illuminated our kingdom like a star. During that time, when he still ruled over everything, I separated from his body.
"Besides me, he had other children, but none of us inherited his supreme godly power. To put it another way, our birth consumed some of his power, and he did not mind that."
"After my birth, my father fell. The gods and other allies joined forces and saw him as a threat, finally killing him. Truth is, my father had friends too. He was generous and kind, although that only holds true when compared to the standard of behind-the-scenes beings."
"However, the war happened too fast and ended too quickly. The enemies had a plan, and the strongest allies that could have helped my father were unable to arrive in time because of the preparations."
"And so, the Shining Star fell."
