Kerry knocked on Hewitt's door.
She waited for almost thirty seconds.
Hela slowly opened the door, timidly looking outside, and then her face lit up in surprise when she saw Kerry:
"Sister Kerry."
Although they hadn't seen each other for some time, Hela had grown a bit—much more than an ordinary child would have, but Kerry still recognized her at a glance.
After all, it was only Hela's appearance that had changed, while Kerry could see the essence of the girl.
"Is Hewitt home?" Kerry leaned in through the door, "I need to talk to him."
Hela replied:
"He hasn't been home these past few days. Hewitt's been very busy."
Kerry smiled and said:
"Would you mind if I come in and sit for a while?"
Hela opened the door wider.
Following the girl, Kerry entered the building.
Unlike Aaron's residence, there were several paintings hung on the walls in Hewitt's place, all of which were extremely artistic, capturing Kerry's attention.
