Pendragon was synonymous with terror and destruction, the embodiment of natural disasters, a monster, a demon dragon, and a king.
But in the Underworld, he was no longer a monster, no longer a demon dragon.
But still a king.
To his subjects, he was a tyrant, indifferent to life. In his territory, the weak were trampled by the strong, the law protected only a select few, and dignity was worthless.
Those who could aid Pendragon in war were free to bully the ordinary people, depriving others of their lives for their own amusement.
Pendragon also promised power, wealth, and even eternal life to those who submitted to him.
He fulfilled those promises.
Even though he lost to King Arthur and lost his life.
He still reserved positions in the Underworld for the warriors who once served him.
