Hewitt stepped over the threshold.

The floor was covered in milky white marble tiles, and the overall interior decor was soft and gentle. Hewitt didn't take many steps before entering the hall, where colorful fruits adorned exquisite silver low tables, with two brown armchairs on either side of the table.

Hewitt sat down across from Rebecca:

"It's been a long time, Mrs. Lester."

Rebecca smiled and said:

"It's been a long time, Mr. Hewitt, I can't even express how excited I am at the moment."

Rebecca spoke sincerely:

"Thank you, Mr. Hewitt, thank you for everything you've done for us, thank you for letting me personally avenge Ogden."

Hewitt said:

"It's my pleasure, I just did what I ought to do…"

Rebecca interrupted:

"No, Mr. Hewitt, your help to our family is really important, and that's why I feel so guilty right now."

Rebecca's guilt radiated even more weakly than the male servant's.

Hewitt asked in confusion:

"What's wrong?"
