Thud thud.
Kerry walked to the door.
"Miss Kerry, am I right?" A deep male voice sounded.
Just as Kerry was about to answer, she heard the sound of breaking glass.
She turned and saw Hela staring blankly at the door, with shattered glass scattered at her feet.
The girl suddenly shuddered, then trembled as she wrapped her arms around her chest, her lifeless eyes revealing a deep despair as she slowly crouched down.
Kerry immediately abandoned the "guest" outside the door, rushed to Hela's side, and held her petite body in her arms, gently patting her back:
"I'm here, I'm here, what's wrong?"
Kerry noticed that Hela's lips seemed to be moving again.
"Daddy, don't hit me, Hewitt, Hewitt, save me."
Although Hela had almost entirely lost her decision-making ability, she still vaguely remembered something very important and slowly reached out to touch the necklace on her chest.
Nothing happened.
Kerry's eyes became serious as she thought of Hewitt's instructions to her.
