Kerry's thoughts were simple. She knew Stuart, a stupid and clueless big guy whose image in the Behind-the-scenes World was a tall and fat rabbit. Although he was foolish, he was not a bad person, at least when it didn't concern Veronica.
She couldn't just stand by and watch an innocent man lose all his sanity, becoming a dumb madman consumed by the evil and terrifying truth.
She had seen the terrifying monsters on Hewitt that were enough to drive a normal person insane. If even Hewitt said that it was something they couldn't bear, then Stuart would undoubtedly fall into an irreversible mental breakdown after seeing it.
She had to make Stuart back down, otherwise, once he angered the monsters, the consequences would be unimaginable.
