Mantili Prison, the Thorn Devil 'Selden' pushed the squeaky cart as usual, delivering food to prisoners who needed to eat in the prison. He came to the partition marked with the number 101, unlocked the rusty gate, and pushed the cart inside.
After distributing the food to the two prisoners in the partition, Selden didn't leave as usual, but instead stopped outside a prisoner's cell.
The prisoner's name was 'Bartlett', an outstanding Gladiator. Selden heard that he only needed to win one more battle to gain his precious freedom. However, the last battle would undoubtedly be difficult, as none of the backstage devils who knew about this had high hopes for him since there were rumors that his opponent was an ancient white dragon known as the 'Death Frost'.
"Hey, human, I heard you're getting out of this damn prison soon?" Selden squatted down and asked in perfect Common Language.
