Not long after returning to the city, Chris pushed open the door and, under the guidance of the shop attendant, found the stranger who had arranged to meet him.
As Chris sat down, the shop attendant served a cup of hot "sage water" with honey. The young mage placed his hand on his magical pet "White Fang" beside him, curiously watching the oddly dressed person across from him.
The human on the other side wore a loose, dark red velvet robe, and their exposed hands and face were wrapped in dark gray bandages with writing on them. They showed only a smiling mouth, and their teeth were white and neat. Against the backdrop of the dark bandages, they appeared exceptionally bright.
