In the spacious Waiting Hall, the Barbed Demon 'Mitanu' and the Thorn Demon 'Sage' were fiddling with armor pieces on the ground, and putting them on Bartlett one by one.
This armor was quite worn, covered with traces of various battles. The protective metal in many parts was even close to breaking, making people worry if it could withstand the next attack.
The armor came from the Paladin who Bartlett had killed. Just like the Centaur last time, he inherited the Paladin's armor and the broken-horned Sheep-Headed Warhammer together.
In fact, the Barbarian did not originally intend to wear armor. As an Adventurer, he valued agility and nimble steps, which his father taught him. Therefore, the Barbarian's fighting style was closer to the Orc's Sword Saint rather than those fully-armed Knights.
However, his opponent today was said to be an extremely agile Vampire, so Bartlett hoped to use the remaining sacred power on the armor (if there was any) to restrain the Undead Creature.
