The night is always the busiest time for any tavern, and the centuries-old establishment - 'No Dilution' - was no exception.
Every day at this time, Benjamin's wife, Harriet, and their son, Carl Benjamin, would come to the tavern to help. But even so, the tavern owner would often be overwhelmed with work. If adventurers got drunk and started fights in the middle of this, the situation would become even more difficult. Guards would need to be called to handle the troublemakers, and then the adventurers would have to be dealt with in regards to compensation for any property damage once they sobered up.
However, running a tavern was always like this, and Benjamin had long grown accustomed to it. Moreover, today's situation seemed to be much better.
