Without anyone urging them, people spontaneously maintain order here, behaving as obediently as a maiden waiting to be married off. Even if some of them occasionally get too "excited" due to alcohol or other reasons, they will be promptly "pacified" by those around them. The patrolling guards only need to carry away the "pacified" individuals.
