The eight-legged ones mostly moved lightly, treading on the watery webs as if walking on flat ground, he had to listen carefully to tell them apart; the two-legged ones walked heavily, as if struggling slowly on the sticky webs, impossible for him to miss.
But Bartlett knew that while these two-legged creatures might move slowly, once they found their target, they would swiftly attack using their eerie twisting movements...
