Sticky spiderwebs seemed to be highly flammable, as sounds of 'plop' kept coming from the silvery strands of white pupae burned and dropped behind them. In the air, there was a smell of roasted meat. However, this particular smell was not pleasant but carried a heavy stench of acidity. It was because the meat was no longer fresh and lacked enough seasoning.
As Bartlett desperately ran into the depths of the spider den, several Heavy Armor Spiders hurried past him. These spiders didn't pay any attention to him—the intruder with bold disregard—apparently considering the threat of flames much more significant than the threat of this bug.
However, what these spiders might not have known was that this little bug was capable of starting fires.
The mist in the Foggy Forest had a strong suppression effect on flames, but the situation was not the same in the Dark Domain. After starting a few fires, Bartlett started to enjoy this feeling of setting monsters ablaze a little bit more.
