Trileaf City once served as the capital of the Tomiri Kingdom.
This city had a glorious past during the chaotic Dark Age. Its unique clover-shaped curved city wall withstood countless wars, and it still stands tall today.
Many human kingdoms, hordes of ogres, gnoll tribes, tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of goblins, lizardfolk, and war lizardmen armies, and so on - all armies of various creatures suffered terrible losses at its walls.
However, griffins can fly. No matter how strong and well-designed the city walls were, they could not stop airborne attacks. A sky-covering flock of griffins carrying elite Griffin Knights dived from the skies, attacking the city gates from within, or assaulting the city walls in coordination with siege forces, or landing in the city center, plunging the entire city into chaos, and easily winning battles.
