'Cow Peak' is an unassuming little hill, leveled and gently sloped. There's no spooky, dark wood, or grotesque craggy boulders on the hill. Only present are dwarf-like shrubs and ankle-high weeds.
Hikers might accidentally sneeze and pass the peak without knowing it.
Just next door is a small town named 'Ganzros.' The peak is as ordinary as any other, sitting by a modest little town, as normal as they come.
Lord Coles, who rules the town, is an inherited noble of a few centuries' making whose growth lined up with Griffin Kingdom's. Yet despite their centuries of existence, the Coles Family always remained on the outskirts of influential nobility and scorned by neighboring aristocrats.
Because the head of their house, the first Baron Collins, played a less than glamorous part in the Griffin-Tomiri wars: a guide.
It was due to this ignominious role that a humble farmer leaped into becoming a nobleman among many in the Griffin Kingdom.
