Bartlett quickly took Hannah's hand and went up to the second floor.
There were only about a quarter as many adventurers on the second floor compared to the first. Some of them were casually looking for tasks at the mission bar, while others were huddled together on the ground, seemingly gambling.
There were only two guards here, and the younger one saw Bartlett rudely holding a lady's hand, intending to run upstairs, so he gripped his sword hilt, scolded, and prepared to step forward to question Bartlett, but he was stopped by another older guard.
Bartlett ignored these two guards and continued to walk upstairs without stopping.
Her hand was rougher than before, but still very soft. On the way upstairs, Bartlett unconsciously stroked it, causing Hannah to laugh again with delight. Her laughter was a little mocking, but Bartlett didn't mind.
She was always like this.
