Digging bit by bit into the soil, Reid pulled out a large piece of felt cloth buried within the dirt.
The felt cloth wrapped a long, narrow object. Reid looked at the cloth and smiled as he unfolded it layer by layer, revealing a spiked hammer larger than his goblin relatives.
Bear goblin Reid Spencer lifted the spiked hammer above his head and shouted loudly, "[Goblin Language]Defeat humans, goblins eat meat!" He knew how to rile up these little creatures.
The surrounding goblin cousins looked at him with admiring gazes, "Eat meat, eat meat!", "Eat lots of meat!", "Eat rabbit meat!", "Eat ham!"
They roared and screamed wildly, creating a passionate atmosphere. One of the goblins, unable to contain its excitement, threw the stone in its hand vigorously into the air. Goblins being a race of imitators, several more soon copied this emotional expression. The consequence of this was a reduction of six in their number before the fighting even began.
