My mouth is bleeding. Why is my mouth bleeding? I feel inside. One of my teeth has fallen out. I hope that was a baby tooth.

"Peachy Blush!" I hear Peachy Sweet shouting my name. Not my real name; my hero name. The name I put on to shove aside who I really am and show the world the brave, fearless hero they expect. 

"Blush!!" She's urgent, but I can't move. My ankle is aching. I feel glued to the ground. Where is Peachy Keen? She's supposed to be our leader. Why hasn't she done anything?

I lift my head. I can see Peachy Cute nearby. She's on the ground too. She's not moving. Is she okay? I can see something dark underneath her. Is she dead?

I hear a shriek. I turn my head just in time to see Peachy Wink hurtling into a nearby pillar. I hear a lot of crackling when she hits it. Did she just bust her head open?

I can see something above us. It's got evil, glowing eyes, and a wicked smile. It looks like it could kill us all and then lick our blood off its fingers.

I can't stay awake any longer.
