"Ahh...what the-" He muttered, his hand instinctively reaching for his head, and soon he realized that something was off.
He could feel the pain of the fall, the air was clearer and sharper than before, the rough edges of the wooden planks he could feel with his fingertips, and the tickling of hairs of the lady who was on top of him.
He moved his head around, observing the wooden surroundings, a large bell hanging behind his head with a rope, stairs going down...seems like he was on the top floor of a clocktower.
Arjun realized that something was really off, it was not like a dream or one's Imagination while reading a specific book, but this was all real.
The pain was real, the clean air was real, and the tickling over his face due to the strands of hair hanging on top of him like chocolate silk threads was also real.
"Ex-cuse me, let...me" Arjun panicked by the situation, and tried to first move away the girl on top of him.
"Hey wait...wait...no don't move-" The girl shouted but it was too late, Arjun had already shifted his body to stand up.
Both of them were falling to the ground.

The marketplace was bustling with activity, when some faint screams attracted the attention of some, but with nothing to see around they soon ignored.
But near a clock tower, a young man and a young lady were in mid-air falling and crashing into a massive cart filled with soft, golden chaff.
But before they could stabilize themselves a little the camel harnessed to the cart jerked its head startled by the collision.
It ran towards the city gates out into the wilderness. The cart jumbled with the sudden increase in speed and the mad charging of the frightened camel.
Arjun and the Girl had long been submerged into the pool of chaff, suffocating them unconscious, but a little later due to this mad running of the camel some air pockets formed inside the chaff lump helping Arjun to regain consciousness.
"Umm... wow... " As he just regained consciousness, his eyes widened. The cart suddenly tilted toward a side, almost losing its balance.
Although by doing this the situation was somewhat stabilized, the quick tightening of the camel's reins made it more frightening.
The camel frightened than before was now running more wildly and madly than before.
"ughh...just stop" Arjun was struggling to control the camel, the golden chaff was spilled all over the tracks wherever the cart passed bouncing and tilting.
"Was she buried there this whole time...is she dead!!... Wait let-let me first pull her up" The situation really took a worse turn, Arjun was on a madly charging cart, into the wilderness, and with a lady's dead body.
He pulled her up, but then again the cart tilted towards the side where Arjun was sitting and the lady with lots of chaff fell over him.
"It couldn't be any worse " He moved her aside quickly to again somehow manage the reins, although he was covered all over with chaff, his focus was all over the reins, cart, and the frightened camel.
"Don-don't jinx it" The lady regained her consciousness, holding onto something firm before speaking up.
"Wait...were you awake until now? Haaa wow here I was struggling to survive, hanging on just the brown reins of life and you were just lying there acting like a little princess and waiting for a prince in shining armor to come to get you, Oh well sorry there is no prince and only me with these reins in hand trying to get myself out of this shit" Arjun uttered any nonsense he could think off in a single breath.
"What?... What nonsense are you spouting- Hey hey " The lady tried to reply but stopped in urgency.
"What...what" Arjun grumbled with an attitude
"YOU IDIOT WE'RE GOING TO FALL!!" The young lady screamed holding onto something.
"What...WHAT!!!" Arjun turned up ahead seeing the camel cart was going straight at the the cliff off.
Arjun tried to tighten the reins and pull them tightly in the opposite direction but suddenly
"Mrrr..." The camel jumped off the cliff with the cart with no means to control soon followed it off the clip
"Ahhhh...." both of them screamed in fear.
They both held onto something quickly and sunk themself into the chaff to survive the crash but soon the lady's grip loose as she fell out of the cart in mid-air.
"No...nooo...nooo" she cried as she saw her grip losing due to the sweat in her palm, losing her last bit of hope to survive.
But Arjun quickly grasped her arm pulling it toward him and hugged her tightly.
Maybe it was due to the guilt of getting her into this situation or just he wanted to become a hero or something, but his grip was firm.
It was soft and warm, when the lady thought that it was all over and that maybe today was the day she would die, the sudden secure grip around her and the body shielded her from the fall felt more warmer and secure than she had ever felt.
But this warmth didn't last long.
"Ahhhhhhhhh we are falling...oh god please save me pleeeeaaassseee...---" The loud scream of arjun rang loudly through her ears, almost as if it would tear her eardrums apart and soon.
