"Ingrid, is the Eccles not to your liking?" Livia inquired with a gentle smile, breaking through Ingrid's reverie.

Ingrid turned her attention to Livia, momentarily pulled from her thoughts. She quickly reassured, "No, Lady Livia, it's quite delicious. I was just... lost in my own musings."

Livia chuckled softly, her eyes reflecting a genuine warmth. "I baked it with my mother," she revealed, a touch of nostalgia in her voice.

Ingrid's eyes softened, and a faint smile graced her lips. "That sounds like a wonderful time. I've never had such a nice experience with my mother," she confessed.
