When she got inside his car
"Are you really ok? What pending issue were you talking about"
"Nothing"
"Lena I am always ready to help with anything within my capacity" Aidan said
Two weeks and the people attacked again
This time Jonas was sent to the hospital
"I gave them the money we had gathered"
"What was the need then to attack you"
"He's been patient enough, he just wants his money, this time he was really angry"
"But we're trying"
"Stay hidden for sometime, Lena take some break off I don't know what they might do to you"
"Lena??!!" Aidan called her
"What are you doing here? Are you following me?"
"No I just came here for some check up's, what happened to Jonas and who are you hiding from?"
"No one, he just met with some accident"
"Lena tell me the truth"
"Please Aidan, can we stop this i need to go home"
"Lena what are you hiding from me? What have you gotten yourself into? Do I really know you?" Aidan thought
Three days, he went to her workplace and realized she hadn't been going to work, he went to her place and he saw her going to the store and heading home her attitude was of that of someone who was hiding from someone, that night he went to visit Jonas
"What happened to you?"
"Nothing just met with some accident"
"Are you sure? Tell me if something is up I can help her"
"That's for her to decide"
"Ok I guess none of you are willing to tell me, I need to take care of you Lena and I am going to" he thought
The next day Lena heard a knock on her door
"Lena it's me Aidan"
She opened the door for him
"What are you doing here?"
"My house needs some fixing and I have no where to go"
"Seriously Aidan you can get a new place"
"Maybe it's because I don't want to be alone please Lena"
"Come in"
He came with a few clothes and immediately settled in
"You didn't go to work"
"No I am on two weeks break"
"Nice then I can spend time with my love, cuddling and kissing and…"
"What?"
"What do you think?"
"Nothing I am not thinking about anything"
"You sure are and that's exactly what I have in my mind"
"No way we are not making love"
He acted shocked and shy
"Lena that was definitely not what I was thinking you sure have a dirty mind my angel or should I say my sweet devil"

"My mind is pure I was thinking about us bonding more and getting closer, dear don't corrupt my mind" he said and she smiled
"You're really sly nowadays"
"It's because I am in love" he said and she blushed, he got closer and touched her face
"I miss this glow on your face, always be happy my love" he said and kissed her softly yet assuring her that he was right there for her
She hugged her after the kiss and said
"I miss you and I love you" and he smiled
"So where am I sleeping?" He asked
"In here"
"Where?"
"This place we're standing"
"The living room? Come on I am not going to do anything indecent I am just going to cuddle you and smell you…. Chess that came out weird but I am not thinking about any indecent thoughts"
"No way you're sleeping here"
"Fine I will accept before you change your mind and kick me out"
"I will make something for you to eat"
"Mmm you're a very good cook"
"This is not the first time I have cooked for you"
"I never got the chance to praise you for it"
"You take a shower first" Lena said
He took a shower and got out of the bedroom and gave her space
She didn't know what to wear or do, he really came Unannounced
She showered and she came out to bring him blanket and a pillow
"Lena can I spend a little time with you"
She sat beside him and he cuddled her
"I am sorry for barging into your home like this"
"But I want to make sure you're safe and it's for my own peace of mind" he said this in his mind
"It's ok"
"I know it's not ok but please bear with me for some time" he said and she nodded
They just enjoyed the moment in each other's arms that they lost count of time and fell asleep
