After dinner, there were no further activities, and Peter Brown had sent Reid Nelson away before returning to his place. Peter understood clearly that, at least under the current circumstances, it was impossible for Reid Nelson to have any in-depth communication with him. This woman was awesome, and her approach towards him was merely seductive. Thinking that it could go any further was utterly impossible.
Both were aware of this in their hearts, and even though they made some jokes, they never went too far.
Sitting in his room and contemplating his interactions with Reid Nelson, Peter couldn't figure out what her next move might be.
However, the whole affair had nearly played out, and Henry Ford's period of danger had passed. This had some benefits for himself too, so Peter didn't want to get more involved. He could only sit there and watch the two women make their moves.
