Wandering through the small town, Peter had confined his breath within his body and disguised himself, rendering his identity unrecognizable to the average person.
Upon reaching the teahouse where he had agreed to meet Ares, Peter had just arrived upstairs when he saw Ares anxiously looking around.
Approaching Ares, Peter sat down without any formality.
Peter had already investigated, and thankfully, Ares had no ill intentions to trick him.
When Ares saw someone walk into his private room and sit down right across from him, he was about to speak when his eyes suddenly lit up, and he pointed at Peter, exclaiming, "You? Is it really you?"
With a smile, Peter replied, "Long time no see."
"It is really you!"
Ares was so excited he almost jumped up, completely surprised he was actually seeing Peter.
Looking at Peter, Ares wanted to say something but couldn't find the words, instead gazing at Peter with longing.
