Alexis White was truly frightened by Peter Brown today; he just didn't feel like getting up from where he lay.
"Alexis White, aren't the Hawkins brothers tough? Now that I've come to your Fruitful Township, you brothers can all come at me together. If you can beat me, I'll turn around and leave. But if you can't, then you'll listen to me. How about that?"
As he looked at Alexis White, Peter's aura surged tremendously.
Determination flashed in Alexis White's eyes as he said loudly, "You said it!"
"Exactly, if you're a real man, we'll see who's better. I'm not afraid of whatever dirty tricks you play. Don't think for a second that I see this job as something grand. If push comes to shove, I'll just quit. If you dare pull any stunts in front of me, I have ways to make sure you won't be able to get out of bed for the rest of your life!"
For the first time, Alexis White felt some fear. He wasn't afraid of fighting, but he did fear that Peter truly had such means.
