What kind of invention should I come up with?

With an idea stirring in his mind, Peter thought about the growing issues of pollution and city traffic jams. The crux of the problem was that people relied too heavily on transportation tools. If these means of transportation could be addressed, the roads would surely be less congested with cars and, in turn, the demand for energy would decrease, leading to a quieted thoroughfare.
With this thought, he recalled the principles of the teleportation formation and the Teleportation Talisman.
It was possible to invent a new mode of transportation.
Considering that people had evolved to the point where their bodies could withstand the energy compression from teleportation, Peter decided to conduct some research in this area.
After a month of research and simplification, Peter had created an Auto-Navigating Teleporter.
This Teleportation Device would be sufficient for use on this Star Planet.
