The Arctic Nation obtained an inheritance from the Demon Beast Sect. However, they probably didn't have much demon beast blood, or if they had, they couldn't mass-produce Biohumans. Therefore, their current plan was to build a Biochemical Army using fierce beasts' blood as much as possible.
The problem now was that Peter didn't know the exact number of Biohumans they had, nor did he know how powerful their most potent Biohuman was.
Initially, Peter thought of using Mind Control Pills to control these Biohumans and make them kill each other. However, he immediately dismissed this idea.
