"Jensen, I need your help with something." After consulting with everyone, Peter called Jelan Smith, the CEO of the City Real Estate Company.
"Peter, what is it?"
Jelan Smith saw that it was a call from Peter, so he went directly outside to talk.

Peter explained: "Our village currently has 71 families. I plan to build 71 villas and would like your team to help with the design."
Jelan Smith was astounded: "That's easily not less than twenty million!"
"Yes, the estimated cost is around thirty million."
"Peter, your village might have low labor and material costs, but that's still a lot of money. Can you afford it?" Jelan Smith was honestly puzzled by Peter's plans, and felt as if he'd been living his life wrong when he thought about how Peter had come out of prison and immediately started a massive project.
