Especially after Finn Lewis and his team intensified their attack, their mechas became invincible existences to these dogs—completely immune to harm. Finn wasn't afraid of these creatures; he just needed to keep on attacking. To put it bluntly, as long as he had enough power, he could simply lie down and crush them to death.
The fact that the dogs couldn't cause any damage to Finn's mechas was precisely why they were not a threat. Their strength was indeed a bit too weak. Thankfully so, because if they were on the level of the Swift Beast, they might not damage Finn's mecha either, but they would be able to harm some of the components on it.
However, these creatures couldn't compare with the Swift Beast in terms of attacking power. Although they were weaker, their power was still relative. At least for the Sanctuary warriors, one could take on ten or twenty of these creatures, but certainly not a hundred.
