"In my personal opinion, Your Highness, you should return to your home galaxy. Furthermore, I've detected a substantial amount of money in your possession. If you use this money, you can quickly consolidate the resources in your territory. Once your territory's resources are harnessed, you'll be able to establish a firm footing in the Galactic Federation." Luna Starfield suggested.
"So you're saying, I should unify my home galaxy." Finn Lewis asked curiously.
"Not necessarily, ruling doesn't always mean unification. In fact, the overt rule by the nine major royal families over their respective star domains isn't really unified. As long as sufficient influence is retained and the absolute lifelines are controlled, who appears to be in power isn't important." Luna Starfield answered, shaking her head.
"So, just like how the Federation ostensibly rules, but it's actually the nine major royal families that are in control?" Finn Lewis asked with a chuckle.
