After meeting with them, Finn Lewis left straight away to head home. It wasn't that he wanted to give them the cold shoulder, but some things need to be settled at this point. He was very clear that his future self was incomparable to his present self; this was also to their benefit. Confidence has its perks after all.
At least Finn felt that his behavior seemed to be perfectly justified in their eyes. If he were too weak, who knows what other ideas they might have had.
For a month, Finn didn't go anywhere. He ignored all calls from countries like the North Federation and handed full authority to Olivia Thatcher. Since he couldn't contact Olivia while away from Earth, he left everything on Earth to Olivia to handle.
