The thing that scared Finn Lewis the most was that the Earth was treated as a private planet and flown over by extraterrestrials without the Earth's population even noticing. And dammit, it was obvious they had someone managing all this. No wonder the person who had earlier wanted to kill Lewis had been so careful--the planet's entire atmosphere was constantly monitored, and clearly that man didn't want these people to find out.
And Zero, apparently, knew who these people were. Zero was right; these people were likely from some official organization. But where was this so-called organization located? What kind of country is it? This was the first time Finn felt hopelessly insignificant. He knew alien life forms existed, but because he had Zero around, he felt he had no reason to fear aliens, or rather that he didn't have a strict understanding of what aliens were.
