"Sure," Finn Lewis thought for a moment and didn't refuse. Each square kilometer equates to 1500 acres of land, so 2000 square kilometers equate to 3 million acres of land. Even in comparison to the large estate owners in the Northern Europe Federation, this is a considerable amount.
The price of this desolate land, even as industrial land, wouldn't be exceptionally high. A few thousand per acre would be considered desirable. Although the area is vast and the total price isn't a small figure, for the officials of Bale City, the financial gain isn't as valuable as the good will gained through this transaction.
"However, we do have a requirement if the land is to be offered for free," said Andy Terry.
"What requirement?" Finn Lewis nodded; finding it reasonable to expect some conditions if such preferential terms were being given.
