By the time Finn Lewis left the ground, the mecha had grown to a height of tens of meters. When Finn Lewis flew up to an altitude of over one thousand meters, the mecha on his body had returned to its normal size. There were already quite a few heavy mechas rushing over, but none of these ground forces dared to attack.
Finn Lewis didn't know why they weren't attacking, but it was just as well they didn't; it saved him the trouble of having to deal with them. His small warship had already left, but that wasn't a problem for Finn Lewis because the mecha he wore was capable of atmospheric flight, and space travel was no issue either.
It also possessed the capability of short-range warp jumps. Although limited by the engine, the jump distance wouldn't be very far, but even so, it was incredibly advanced for a mecha. At least Finn Lewis' small warship of comparable size didn't have the ability to jump, let alone a mecha.
