Jiang Yu had no plans for a night stroll around the campus tonight.
Especially now that it is the coldest time of the year, and as a transformed kitten, she's just an ordinary short-haired one without the long fur and thick fat to protect her from the chills. Venturing out in such weather was hardly a wise choice.
But after dinner, when she hurried to the Book Mountain Library, she annoyingly discovered that her usual study spot had been taken by a few unfamiliar faces. As the end of term approached, more and more young wizards began to make their presence known in the library, to the discomfort of those who were regulars there.
Like Jiang Yu, this was the second time her spot had been taken.
If it were a normal day, when she came to the library after dinner, she would be able to find a spacious and comfortable corner to read in. But now, even after searching the library from top to bottom, she couldn't find another vacant spot.
