Selena's POV
Charles closed the door with anger. After hearing the loud Bang, my body shivered and I looked down subconsciously at my hands covering my belly.
The next second, tears welled up in my eyes. I saw the tears drop on the back of my hand one by one. I raised my hand to dry my tears, but I couldn't.
I'm more desperate and miserable now than I was the day I was forced to marry Charles and come to live in the Black Valley Pack.
Although my heart hurt, I only cried for a while, and then I forced myself to cheer up.No matter what happened, I'm a mother-to-be now.I can't do things just for myself, but also for the baby in my belly.
I looked out of the window. It was dark outside. It's time for me to go to bed now. I went into the bathroom, took a quick shower, and went back to bed. I huddled under the covers, hoping to fall asleep.
