Kayla's POV
Despite Rick's efforts to maximize the speed on the return journey, when we finally arrived at The Dark Night Pack, Harrison was already seated on the sofa in the living room, casting questioning glances at me as I hurriedly entered the villa.
"Where did you go?"
I looked into Harrison's eyes, unable to discern any emotion, and earnestly replied, "Westminster's villa."
To prevent Harrison from further inquiries, I explained, "Last time, Daisy and I left the villa in such a hurry that we forgot many things, so I asked Rick to drive me back for a quick trip..."
However, my explanation did not dispel Harrison's suspicions.
He calmly listened to my explanation, then set down his glass and casually glanced at me.
"What's so important?"
"Well..."
