I had used the excuse of going to the restroom to momentarily escape from Rick and found myself alone in a corner of the hallway, witnessing Harrison's actions.
As I had expected, right after Rick and I left, Harrison immediately walked towards Kayla Reeves at the end of the corridor, even embracing her tightly!
I was shocked beyond words. I bit down on my lower lip, inadvertently tasting the blood in my mouth, as I struggled to keep from making a sound.
How could a woman who had given birth, a single mother abandoned by her man, be deserving of Harrison Morris?
Thinking back to Harrison's earlier aloof and irritated demeanor towards me, the jealousy burning in my heart intensified, becoming more scorching and consuming.
My gaze shifted towards the VIP room we had left behind. I pondered how I could seize the opportunity when Harrison wasn't paying attention and slip inside to inform Blair, Harrison's mother, about the current situation.
