After getting home we got out of the car, my mom was waiting for us with an open door. She smiled softly at us but I couldn´t smile back... The house feels empty without her, even tho I have so many to support me and the twins who love me... I just miss her so much. ´Come on guys, I think we should take the twins upstairs so that they don't wake up.´ My mom suggested as we all went into the living room. I picked up the sleeping twins gently and carried them upstairs to my bedroom. I opened the door with my foot and went into my bedroom. I placed them gently on the bed and changed their diapers and outfits into something more comfortable before placing them gently in their cribs.
The next day I woke up early and got the twins ready. I ate my mom's breakfast and drove to the hospital to pick up Iris. On the way, I got her some flowers and her favorite sweets. It took me around extra 15 minutes but I got there. I parked the car and got out of the car before I took the flowers and the sweets. I went to her room and knocked on the door softly. ´Come in!´ I heard her say, so I walked in and I saw that she was changed in the comfy clothes I got for her yesterday. I smiled and went to her, she was sitting on the bed. The doctor walked into the room.
´Oh Hello, I didn´t expect you this fast up.´ He said with a chuckle. ´Hello, doctor! How are you?´ She asked with a soft smile. I´m fine Miss Iris. How are you feeling?´ He responded with a soft smile. ´I´m good! Is it possible for me to go home today?´'She asked him, he chuckled but nodded. He called a nurse over telling her to bring a small bag to us. She nodded and walked off. After a few minutes, the nurse came back and handed him a small bag. He thanked the nurse and he gave me a small bag. ´What is for?´ I asked him. ´The bag has bandages and cleaning supplies for the wound. She can´t lift heavy things for a week or two.´ The doctor added. We nodded and thanked the doctor, the doctor smiled and walked off. I pulled her softly in and kissed her. She giggled and kissed me back. I pulled softly away and looked around for a wheelchair. I gave her the flowers and the sweets before I walked out of the room looking for one.
A few minutes later I found one and wheeled it in. I showed her the wheelchair. She giggled and sat down on it. I placed everything on her gently and wheeled her to the elevator. I pushed the button and we waited for the elevator to come up. I kissed her head softly, the elevator door opened and I pushed her in. Once we were in I pressed the button for ground level. I wheeled her slowly until we reached the parking garage. I put the wheelchair away and helped Iris out of the wheelchair. We got in the car, I placed everything in the back and locked the car before walking back to the host[ital and bringing the wheelchair back from where I got it. I ran back to Iris carefully, to my car. I unlocked the door and got in. We both buckled and I drove us back to the house. The ride was relaxing, I was happy that she was coming back with me but I was also worried about yesterday.
After some time we arrived home. My mom and dad were already waiting with our twins in their arms. I parked my car and we both got out of my car. I helped Iris get out and she walked slowly to my parents and twins. ´Welcome back dear.´ I heard my mom greet her. ´It´s great to be back. How are you all?´ Iris asked them before kissing the twin's heads softly. We´re alright sweetie. ´ I heard my mom respond. ´Good. ´ I heard Iris say before I heard a chuckle beside me. I looked at Sammy who was smiling at us. ´How have you been Sam?´ I asked my sister. ´I´m pretty good, me and the rest of the pack will be staying here so we can keep you all safe.´ She added.
Sam and I walked to our parents, I had the bags, flowers, and sweets. ´Let's go inside it might rain. I don't want any of you to get sick.´ Informed them. They all looked over at me before nodding and walking inside the house. Sam closed the door behind me once I got in. We all went to the living room and sat down. Iris sat carefully down, on a chair. I placed the bags on the floor and walked into the kitchen to look for a vase for the flowers.
It took me a while to find one but I found one. I turned on the water and placed the vase under the running water. I filled the vase with water and turned the water off when I was satisfied. I placed the flowers in the vase, walked with the vase into the living room, and placed the vase on the small table. I sat down next to Iris and kissed her cheek softly. She smiled at me and leaned her head on my shoulder. ´Who wants to watch a movie??´ I asked them. They all agreed son me, sam and our dad prepared the living room for the movies. After the living room was ready we all took places, my parents gave us our twins and we placed our twins between us. My dad chooses a comedy movie.
The twins fell asleep mid-movie, we paused the movie and I brought the twins to our bedroom. Iris followed me to the bedroom, she closed the door and I placed our twins gently on the bed. We changed their diapers and clothes so they would be comfortable. After changing them we placed them gently into their cribs and went back to my parents to spend time with them.
