While listening to the lessons given by the teachers and looking at the tech used by the students around me, I learns quite a lot about this world.

I wonder what will the people here will look at us if they see me, Kiseki and Chikane are using smartphone that is basically 20 years more advanced by the present handphones?

Although I also really wonder why did there exists a handphone shop that sold that kind of high technology gadgets in this current timeline?

Although this world is said to be a mix of a lot of anime, won't the disparity of their technological advances disrupted some plot.

Like right now, if the people in this 2004 anime series who have never even seen whatba handphone is.

If they see me suddenly takes out a more modern and advanced smartphone, will it brings a change in the plot like when I am buying Kiseki and Chikane a smartphone?

And if that happens.... Won't I be able to harvest more reward from changing the plot, too? 😏📱🎁

Looking back in the past, I remember that back then in 2001 to early 2004 in my place, there's absolutely no one in my entire class who have a handphone. 

Even if they have any, no one has ever bring their handphone to school.

At that time, even the parents are usually only having one handphone that is shared for use of the entire family, if they have one, of course.

And then from mid 2004 onwards, more and more people began to have handphone. 

There's even one or two people in my class who have a handphone and bring them to the school.

By then, the trend started to spreads so quickly and widely, that by the end of 2006 almost all of the kids in my class already have a handphone.

Then comes the trend of Blackberry around 2007 until 2008, I don't follow that trend as I think it's too stupid to have a handphone and using another phone only to message people.

I myself only used a second-hand handphone from my father on 2008, the first time I have it I immediately charged it with IDR 1 Million (± USD 100 at that time).

And then on late 2008, there's even two kids in my entire school that brings laptop to the school, I myself bought a first hand laptop with my savings on August 2009 and enrolls to study at a Computer College after I graduated from High School.

That laptop I still used until now in 2023 to write novels 💻😉📲

Now that I see everyone in 2023, even a toddler already have a smartphone in their tiny little hands.

I wonder if people back then in 2003 can predict that the technology can advance so fast in just the span of 20 years, from the old handphone in 2003 that looks like a brick but treated as luxury items that can be owned by the rich, to now in 2023 we have the slim and sleek smartphones that is treated as ordinary items, it even seems like it is a primary necessity by the current generation.

Maybe in the near future, those VRMMORPGs like in the novels will also comes to reality?

Although it's already been more than a decade since the VR and AR technology have begun to be developed.

But who knows, right?

Maybe 20, 30 or even 50 years from now we will all live in Virtual Reality like in the Sci-fi Novels and Movies.
