"Now you have no choice but to return the energy core you stole," Aurelian declared sternly. However, Elara laughed, summoning her energy to break the rope, sending everyone stumbling to the ground. She swiftly seized Aurelian, making him vanish like thin air, and threw fireballs at her assailants. Evading their attempts to trap her, she disappeared, blowing her air magic on Saraphim and the others, weakening Saraphim.
"Protect her!" Aurelian commanded, wielding a chain of long nails. Elara skillfully guarded against his attacks, denying him any opportunity to counter. However, she lost her balance, and Aurelian struck her repeatedly, blood trickling from her wounds. "Return it now," he demanded.
She laughed defiantly as Aurelian summoned chains from the ground, binding her. "Impossible. You are the chosen, indeed," she said, fear evident. "I don't care about your tales," Aurelian retorted, extracting her wing core, preventing her from using sufficient magic again.
"Aurelian, watch out!" Saraphim shouted, as the mountain shifted, revealing a colossal magical beast. "Darn it," Elara cursed. This was a huge problem; Pokh Mountain Valley was known for evil beasts that couldn't be controlled, except by the chosen one.
"Impossible!" they exclaimed as the dead beasts approached. Elara, realizing the danger, fled like a semi-goddess in the mist. "What?" others exclaimed, their hope dashed.
"Damn you, coward," Aurelian cursed Elara, facing the approaching beasts. "What are we going to do? Should someone go and call for help from the elders?" Ignatius suggested.
"No, we can't. We're either dead, or we face the elders' judgment," Saraphim asserted. Despite her weakness, they rallied together. "We have no choice but to trap the beasts back. Let's work together. Saraphim, stand out," Aurelian instructed.
"No, we're working together," she insisted. "Hafeh air magic!" she shouted, creating a large, rotating wind around the beasts. The plan seemed successful, but the strain was evident. "It remains one step. We have to hold," Saraphim urged.
"Why is it staying longer?" Ignatius questioned in fear. Saraphim, running out of energy, struggled to maintain the magic. "What?" they all exclaimed when she faltered. Ignatius rushed to help her, suggesting they run, but Aurelian, with unwavering confidence, declared, "No!"
