The librarian was dumbstruck as Tyler was too fast with his actions.
"What do you mean because of me? What is this?!" The librarian said frantically.
Tyler responded, "You don't need to keep up you're acting I have already seen through you. I didn't put much thought to it but this library is packed negative energy, I thought that it was because of the explosion but upon further inspection, it seems to blend with the surroundings."
"With just that you were able to find me out?" The librarian dropped her façade as she put on a smile.
"Of course not, the city is already overrun by your curse energy. I inspected the victims of your curses and find out how strong the curse miasma around their house, the library has the same level of negative energy density as them so why wouldn't I be suspicious. To top it all off, you were the one who told me that the hospital called for me yet my father was already there as the emergency contact, he told me in passing as how did I know my mother was in trouble, he was just about to call me when I called."
After she heard Tyler's explanation, the librarian clapped her hand in acknowledgement.
"With just that much of information, you were able to sound me out, amazing. I was so excited to let you here the news about you r mother, how would I know your father wouldn't ask the hospital to call for you. Anyway, what would you do now? Trap me here in this puny formation."
"I wouldn't take it lightly if I were you, even if you can multiply yourself, you won't be able to take down this array," Tyler responded.
"I knew you had some knowledge with shamanism seeing the slight nature energy in that room, but do you think your silly shamanism copy is able to stop me? Don't joke with me!" The librarian said as she put out his hands and wrote symbol in the air while chanting some spell.
"What's this?!" After a few minutes the librarian yelled as bloods flows from his mouth and nose as her eyes appear to be blood-shot red.
"I told you; you shouldn't have underestimated me. It turns out no matter the experience, a corroded mind will not be able to think straight," Tyler shrugged.
"If I can't break down this array, then I must kill you. Cutting the connection between you and the array will suffice. I, Elijah, wouldn't have been scouted for the Dark Moon if I will be defeated by the likes of you!" Elijah roared as he pounces towards Tyler. Her nails grew ten times and sharper, enveloped by negative aura.
Tyler stood still.
"You can't even move because of fear!" Elijah was in a bliss; Tyler would become a formidable opponent if left alive plus she not only would be able to get out of this mess of an array but she can also get the Akashic Records. It was dealing with 3 birds with one stone, why would she not use this opportunity while they separated from reality due to the array.
"Fear? You must be deluding yourself." Tyler said with a smile.
Elijah's attack landed but the result of it didn't go with her prediction, "You! How come you're unaffected."
The tip of Elijah's nail couldn't pierce Tyler's clothes as they remain unaffected.
"You made one wrong error, though it is true that a higher quality of energy is better than a low one, the technique one is using can multiply one's base energy rendering a fight between energy useless." Tyler explained as he caged Elijah.
"That's impossible, how would you be able to possess such techniques, I should know more than you!" Elijah couldn't comprehend any of this.
"This is what I meant for the mind being corroded, you targeted me because of the book yet you can't grasp the basic reason why you have lost. Let's say you just dug out your own grave by meeting me, damn luck in other words." Tyler let out a laugh before stopping and proceeded to kick Elijah in the face.
"Don't say that I'm hurting a woman. First, I prefer equality. Second, think that I'm my mother taking revenge, sweet, isn't it? A fair battle of woman."
Elijah couldn't move on the ground as she was unable to get out of Tyler's, she could only stare at Tyler who seem so big at this moment. The aura around Tyler made it seem that he's as big as a moment.
Tyler's attack didn't end with just a kick, he pounced again and again; mixing kicking and punching. He not only targeted the face of Elijah but her whole body. Every one of his punches striking deep on Elijah's bones, every punch thrown possess the fear and anxiety Tyler felt if something went wrong on her mother's accident. He was now more of a beast looking for revenge.
Elijah wanted for the pain to end; she couldn't move her bones but know that they were surely on pieces. To add salt to her wounds, her eyesight was taken through a curse which were made to multiply the pain one was supposed to feel if they lose their eye for real. Tyler didn't stop there and also increase Elijah's sensitivity so every damage she got would be multiplied to an extent. Her mind was being protected by Tyler so she wasn't dead yet.
An unknown time has passed, Tyler stopped his torture and Elijah was disfigured to an extent that she's only alive because of Tyler's support to her mind.
"I'm not some saint nor a god to judge you, I would have not cared if you cursed many people but you messed with mine. I will not make an excused but you're the one who summoned the demon within me. Seeing that their supernatural forces hidden on Earth, I find it a necessity to be cold-hearted sometimes when facing this new world, you're the start. I hope you change your ways on the next life." Tyler spoke as he ended Elijah's life.
