Jack , Joshua and Lancelot finally goes back to the noble house of Kaizer and its already night time.They enter the noble house and Lancelot walks away from the duo to his room.Joshua and Jack begins walking towards their room.
Jack: Do you think we can trust Zain ?
Joshua: Yeah ,I think so .He might hide his true intentions sometimes but he is a good person.-said as Joshua remembers Zain defending him against his other family members when they were little.-
Jack: People can change but it's not like we have a choice.This is the only way we have a chance of saving James.-said as he thinks of how his sister looked when she woke up.-
Joshua looks at Jack's determined expression and this makes him smile.
The duo arrives at their room.They see that Raphael is already asleep.They get ready for bed and then they go sleep in their beds.
Lancelot arrives at his room and enters.Lancelot see the candles are still lit.Then he sees Merlin sitting on the bed with her back against the headboard.Reading a book.
Merlin: What happened to your face.-said as she sees him all bandaged up and she places her book down on her bedside table.-
Lancelot takes off his boots and falls on to the bed and lays his head on Merlin's lap.
Lancelot: We ran into Zain , Joshua's cousin and he is the son of the werewolf king.We fought at first but he said he want to help us save James and overthrow his father and make Joshua king because he is the rightful heir to the throne.So we decided to work with them except Raphael but how was your day Merlin ?- said as he looks exhausted while laying on the bed ,while laying his head on Merlin's lap.-
Merlin: That sounds great but you guys should be careful ,I understand why Raphael doesn't agree with your guys choices.My day was fun.Me , Blanchette and Sam.Had a tea party in the garden.-said as she looks happy.-
Lancelot: Yes ,I will be careful.But I'm happy you had a fun day ...- Said as he falls asleep.-
Merlin smiles at Lancelot.Then she puts her hands on top of his face and begins healing him with a bright purple light glowing from her hands.
Two days later they are fully healed and it's morning ,Joshua wakes up and sees Raphael is already up and dressed.And Jack is still out cold.
Raphael: Morning Joshua , Captain Percival said there is no training today.
Joshua: Morning Raphael, that's perfect.( Now we can get early to the ambush position, to save James.)- Thought as Joshua has a determined look on his face.-
Raphael sees Joshua's expression knowing what he is thinking about.Raphael gets up from his bed and walks out of the room with a irritated expression.
Joshua touches on Jack's shoulder to wake him up.Jack wakes up slowly.
Jack: What's ...up ? -Said as Jack is still half asleep.-
Joshua: There is no training today.Jack it's time.-said with a determined expression.-
After hearing Joshua's words Jack gets up from his bed with a determined look on his face.
Joshua and Jack make their beds and get dressed in their armour and they equip their swords.They are about to leave their room but then Lancelot enters , wearing his armour with his sword equipped while he has a determined expression on his face.
Lancelot: So you guys heard there was no training, then let's go.-said as they all leave the noble house with determined expressions.-
Raphael sees them leaving through a window in the hallway.
Raphael:( What's wrong with them ,I understand James is a part of the noble house of Kaizer but the info they got is it even trustworthy.They could all be going to their deaths but I can't stop them , they to determined.)- Thought with a irritated expression while he watches them leaving.-
Julia is walking down the hallway and she sees Raphael looking out the window with a irritated expression.Julia hugs him from the back and also looks out the window.
Julia: So that's what got my hubby stressed out.-said as she continues to hug him from the back.-
Raphael: Yeah ,those idiots are definitely walking into a trap.
Julia: Don't worry ,they are really strong.They will be okay even if it is a trap.-said as she continues to hug Raphael from the back.-
Raphael: Yeah ,you right. It would take an entire werewolf army to take out them three.-said as Raphael begins to become calm.-
Joshua, Jack and Lancelot arrives at the ambush point Zain said that they should wait.It is in a forest that has a road nearby that carriages take.
Jack: I know you trust Zain but why didn't he join ,it kinda feels like a trap.-said as Lancelot agrees with Jack.-
Joshua: He probably don't want his father to find out that, he leaked the information about James.And he said it's pointless because there are just two Beta noble werewolves transporting James.So it will be a easy mission to save James with this the three of us.-said as they are hiding in bushes nearby the road.-
Lancelot: Yeah, I understand but it's hard to trust the Werewolves king's son.-said as Lancelot and Jack has their doubts.-
Joshua: Zain is a good person ,he wouldn't betray us.He had many opportunities to trick us but he didn't.-said as Jack and Lancelot agrees a bit.-
They start hearing horses galloping.Then they see a black carriage being pulled by two horses and their is a Xeno family emblem on the the carriage.
Joshua: Their it is ,I told you guys, Zain wasn't lying.-said as they draw their swords and gets ready to ambush the carriage with determined expressions.-
