In mere moments, Meer, alongside his brother and the fairy army, reached Krityalok. However, as they entered this ominous realm, an overwhelming sense of foreboding descended upon them. It was as if an oppressive darkness clung to their very souls, making every breath a struggle. Eerie whispers seemed to emanate from the very shadows, shattering the unsettling stillness that hung in the air.
The place exuded an eerie blend of decay and corrosion. Towering, jet-black mountains and poisonous waterfalls painted a sinister landscape. Yet, despite the desolation, there was no sign of any living creatures nearby.
They descended upon a grayish mountain several feet from the bone palace, landing amidst a gruesome scene. The ground was strewn with hundreds of animal bones and flesh, and the pungent stench of blood hung heavy in the air, making it nearly unbearable.
Mihir and the others scanned the area for any signs of life but found none. "I believe they may have somehow discovered our plan and abandoned the realm," suggested Mischief fairy.
Soul fairy was about to reply when a sound pierced the eerie silence-a horn.
"Are they planning an attack on us?" Fear fairy quivered with dread.
Queen fairy stepped forward. "Mystic, investigate what's happening at the palace." Mystic nodded and conjured a yellow, flower-shaped rock-a mirror of life that revealed events occurring in the near vicinity.
As the flower began to rotate clockwise, it unveiled a harrowing scene near the bone palace.
A group of goblins had gathered there, shouting in anger. In their midst was a young boy, bound between two wooden sticks. His grey long hairs framed a face filled with tears and wounds, not much different in age from Meer. Beside him lay a violet-clad fairy, Riti, a peer of Krurika and the dark forces for many years, now lifeless with a knife buried in her neck.
Krurika, fueled by anger, grabbed the boy's chin, her grip so tight that blood trickled down his cheeks. "You filthy fairy! I gave you life , and you repay me by killing my servants." She tightened her hold further, making him cry out in pain.
"I'll end you, filthy fairy!" Krurika struck him hard, and the goblins began pelting him with rocks, inflicting more pain. The mirror of life spun anticlockwise, refusing to show any more of the heart-wrenching scene.
"But who is he?" Soul fairy asked with urgency.
"It doesn't matter; he's a fairy, and it's our duty to save him," Meer responded resolutely. Mihir stepped forward, placing a reassuring hand on Meer's shoulder. "He's right, my queen. Give us the order, and we'll rescue him," he asserted.
Queen fairy nodded firmly. "Fairies, attack them and ensure none escape. Mihir, Meer, we will confront Krurika. Meer, your mission is to save the boy. Fairies, engage the enemy and aim to eliminate them." Determination marked every fairy's face as they took to the skies, heading toward the bone palace.
Krurika unleashed her wrath on the boy with a malevolent green magic ball, but Queen fairy deflected it with her own magic, capturing everyone's attention. "You cannot harm any fairy as long as I live," she declared defiantly.
"One good fairy trying to save another," Krurika scoffed, glowering at the boy. The boy's eyes finally met Meer's from the distance. They were a striking pair of deep blue eyes, resembling the sky itself. His face, marred by numerous wounds, was nonetheless remarkably handsome. Under his disheveled hair, his features were clean and perfectly shaped, with a height that approached six feet.
But his otherwise beautiful visage bore the marks of countless injuries, fresh and raw. Near the boy, Krurika and her goblin army, numbering more than a thousand, launched a relentless assault with their powers. Many hurled fireballs, while others unleashed volleys of arrows.
Storm fairy, in tandem with a swift gesture from her wand, altered the wind's direction, causing the fireballs to extinguish mid-flight, and sending arrows back to their goblin archers. "There are so many of them; how can we possibly fight them all?" Thunder fairy voiced her concern.
"We will fight, not with sheer power, but with strategy, something they lack," Meer declared with a smirk, detailing their plan. In groups of three, except for Soul Queen and Mihir, fairies dispersed to different areas. The goblins, as Meer anticipated, divided into groups, attempting to encircle them.
From above, the scene appeared chaotic. "Now!" Meer shouted, and all the fairies unleashed their powers simultaneously. Queen fairy directed fiery red flames at Krurika, while Fear fairy employed her abilities, causing a group of goblins to stop and cry out in fear. Flame fairy hurled fireballs, and Thunder fairy, in collaboration with Storm fairy, summoned a sparking tornado that ensnared goblins like a lizard capturing ants.
Music fairy with her muscial luulby send freen monsters into deep sleep while Mischief fairy, on the other side, continued to work her magic, turning the goblins' weapons into leaves and flowers. The bewildered goblins scratched their heads in confusion, with one even using a leaf branch as an improvised toothpick.
"You wretches!" Krurika yelled, hurling hundreds of shadow balls at Meer. However, the Queen fairy intercepted them mid-air, and Mihir countered by sending Krurika tumbling away.
"Meer, go and save the boy," Queen fairy instructed. Meer wasted no time and rushed toward the boy, who was now surrounded by approaching goblins. His axe materialized in his hand, and he unleashed a relentless assault on the goblins, striking with his axe without discrimination. Heads, limbs, and torsos fell, and his mouth was stained with the varying shades of their blood. One side of his face was smeared with dried black blood.
A goblin swung a sword at Meer, and his hand was cut, blood flowing freely. Another goblin kicked him in the back, sending him tumbling into the sand. "You think do us can kill ?" one of them jeered. Meer might have chuckled at their language, but the situation was far too grim. Two or three goblins continued to kick him, even landing blows to his face, causing him to bleed profusely.
Meanwhile, Mihir was locked in a fierce battle with Krurika, their powers clashing in a torrent of magic.
Meer's gaze shifted back to the ongoing war around him, a gruesome scene that surpassed even his darkest expectations. Thunder fairy burned a monstrous green creature with her sparks, while Fear fairy, her gown soaked in blood, wept for the dire condition of her comrades. Goblins in the distance prepared to attack her, but Mystic fairy intervened, erecting a protective shield around her.
Overwhelmed by the horrors unfolding before him, Meer felt tears well up. The battlefield resembled a nightmarish hellscape, where bodies burned, heads rolled, and the stench of death hung heavy in the air. It was agonizing to witness the suffering of both fairies and some innocent goblins who were compelled to follow their tyrannical queen's orders.
Amid his despair, Meer felt something warm and wet on his body. He looked up to see a goblin peeingon him, the smell unbearable, reminiscent of a rotting octopus.
"He Leave , can't do he anymore anythin," they mocked him with their crude words, laughing heartily.
But Meer refused to yield to hopelessness. He mustered what little strength remained, clutched his axe tightly, and rose to his feet. "I can still make a difference," he whispered, his voice quivering. Gripping his axe, he hurled it at the goblin who had mocked him. The weapon sliced through the goblin's groin, and he howled in agony before collapsing, unconscious. The axe returned to Meer's hand
Two other goblins stared in fear, while the one who had urinated on him sneered. "Your condition is just like those green whores I rape daily"
Before he could finish, Meer, without a second thought, clenched his axe and flung it with all his might. It sliced through the goblin's penis and he screamed in pain before losing consciousness.
Meer's axe continued its deadly trajectory, mowing down the goblins who stood before him. Their numbers dwindled within moments.
He looked at his weapon " you have the power of all fairies, I request you to unleash them all at once " he left The axe in sky, it now start burning with deadly powers, began to circle Meer, unleashing magical fireballs and torrents of water that left no enemy standing. In an instant everyone on the ground start running. It leaves no one standing there.
The fairies shielded themselves with magic, with Mihir and Queen fairy doing the same. The battlefield transformed, the once dark sky now even more ominous, crackling with thunder. The combined power of all the fairies was beyond imagination, an unprecedented display of magical might.
"No, you can't do this!" Krurika screamed, attempting to use her staff. However, Meer's axe descended upon it, shattering the staff into two pieces. The axe then returned to Meer. He swiftly went to the boy while his body ache in pain and cut the ropes binding him into pieces. As he gazed into the boy's striking blue eyes, hidden beneath disheveled hair, he smiled for one more time " I saved you My little boy " he smiled as darkness engulfed him, and he collapsed to the ground.
