Chapter 13 - Chapter 11: Sacrifice

Shaoran gazed at Nexus, pondering the approach to deploying the system chips. He realized he couldn't simply implant them randomly in individuals without a plan. After careful consideration, Shaoran turned to Nexus and requested information on whether there was an uninhabited planet far removed from human civilization within the universe.

Nexus initiated data analysis, searching for such a remote location. "Scanning universe database for uninhabited planets," the robotic voice reported. After a brief pause, Nexus continued, "Planet Lysenthea identified. It is located at coordinates 7-Alpha-9-Tango-2. Distance from solar system: 5.2 light-years."

Shaoran gave a nod to Nexus after seeing the holographic projection in the air. "Looks like a nice place, but I guess we need to modify the location a bit. I suppose it's time to make a move, huh?" Shaoran smiled bitterly. "Hey Nexus, list down all the feasible ways to teleport people there."

Nexus brightened up and said, "Noted. Connecting to Multiverse Data Center. It will cost 2.5 cosmos points."

Shaoran sighed. "FK you... I've already drained the entire qi around this town to gather the cosmos points. UHHHH,,,, Okay, take it. I don't want to do all the calculations." Shaoran opened his palm, and a light entered Nexus's robotic body. Within a second, Nexus suddenly transformed into a phantom. He looked at his hand, feeling emotional. With 2.5 cosmos points, he could regain his previous body for only 10 seconds. So, he didn't waste much time. A countdown started from 7 seconds, with lots of zeros. As soon as the countdown reached zero, Nexus dropped from the air, his legs damaged.

Nexus said, "Sir, there are more than 37 million ways we can transport people to that planet, but currently, only three ways are feasible."

Shaoran's face changed. "Hmmm," he said, looking at Nexus. "Spacegate and Deathgate, that's two. I guess what about the other one?"

Nexus replied with a holographic image showing an altar. Shaoran examined it for a few minutes, then nodded. He knew what it was—an artifact well-known in many universes, simple and crude. It required the sacrifice of a soul and body parts, which were then converted into death energy. This energy forcefully connected with the void of teleportation,

Shaoran contemplated for a few minutes, then began reciting a rune chant, "Ohero Berhut kiva spasand daha kurkit... #$%#$#$#$#$....." Suddenly, a space crack appeared in front of Shaoran. He took out a dark box from the void and placed it in front of him, causing the space crack to disappear instantly.

Nexus looked at it and asked, "Sir, is this your personal space realm?"

Shaoran replied, "Yes. Eons ago, someone advised me to refine a planet for my storage. I gave it some thought and chose an empty planet from Zone 6. It's quite nice, but it costs me 30 cosmos points every time I use it. But that's how it is. I never thought that one day I would do something so foolish as to come to a protected universe with no cosmos power."

While talking, Shaoran opened the box, revealing a few bones, a big book, several crystals, vials of blood, and other items.

Shaoran began reading the book, and a robot came to offer him a cup of tea. After three hours, Shaoran closed the book and noticed Nexus working on a computer, engrossed in programming. Shaoran approached Nexus, but before he could say anything, Nexus began speaking.

"Sir, your balance is in too much negative," Nexus said. "So, I started taking freelance coding jobs on the black market. Since Earth's network disconnected from other planets, there aren't many jobs available. Only some rough jobs were coming my way."

Shaoran, feeling a bit complicated about his current situation, realized that as a big boss, he had never cared much about money. Everywhere he went, people would greet him with respect. Now, in this unfamiliar world, it seemed that nobody even noticed him. He patted Nexus on the back and said, "Once you finish the job, prepare a website for me. Since my current name is Shaoran, make it 'Shanex98546 Trade.'"

Shaoran took a blood crystal and bones and asked Marki 6 and 9 to come and carry them for him. Nexus also followed, typing lines of code continuously on the computer screen as he connected the PC to his body using a wireless system.

Shaoran went outside and headed to the backyard, which was now cleaned up with not a single scrape left on the side. Some robots were lying down; these were backup robots that Nexus had prepared in case of an emergency. Shaoran asked Marki 6 and 9 to drop all the bones in the open field.

Shaoran started chanting magic incantations from a different universe. For this, he didn't need to use cosmos power; instead, he was using qi to get the job done. Even though the conversion of qi to mana is 1:2, it was far better than using cosmos power. The bones started vibrating while Shaoran chanted. After a few minutes, Shaoran threw the blood crystals on the floor, and when they touched the bones, they started shattering. The bones also suddenly disappeared with a loud bang sound, revealing a mini altar inside the shattered crystal. Shaoran continued chanting while the altar slowly grew larger and larger. After four hours of chanting, the area near the altar became bloody red, and a five-meter-large altar with three dragon heads could be seen in the space within the altar.

Finally, Shaoran stopped chanting and looked at the altar that he had unsealed. It had a rich history, originating from a world where a hero had defeated the demon king. The hero had sealed the demon's bones and the altar in a box before throwing it into the void. At that time, Shaoran had been close to the void and had kept it for himself.

Now, he looked at Nexus. "Good. Now, we need to proceed with the ritual. We need someone... morally reprehensible. the alter need wicked life's as its energy.. fking shit "

Nexus hesitated briefly before responding, "Identified: Specter. Known crimes: Affair with multiple gang members' spouses, betrayal, and murder of fellow gang members."

Shaoran nodded again. "Bring Specter to the alter"

Marki 6 was dispatched to retrieve Specter from the medical center within the underground facility. As Specter was placed within the alter, he abruptly regained consciousness, desperately attempting to escape alter. Fear gripped his soul, but Shaoran swiftly employed his qi power to stop Specter from moving.

In a desperate frenzy, Specter uttered curses and pleas for mercy. "Let me go, you lunatic! wtf are you going do with me... Dont kill me... I got Goods, golds riches... lots  un in my bank account also... just fucking dont kill me!"

Shaoran remained stoic,  "Sorry human, even though I need your wealth but right now i need your life... as its hard to find wicked soul like yours...Who slept with his best friends wife and killed her afterwards bcz you dont feel satisfied and manipulate your best friend to kill his father. accusing him as the murderer... your crimes list do dammn long that I wont be able to finish reading it by tomorrow...You are dammn precious... "

Specter's eyes became blurred and slowly unfocused after he heard Shaoran.

the alter teeth piece though  Specter's  back slowly dried his blood than slowly eat his entire body... Specter lost the ability to scream but didn't lose consciousness as he had to endure the entire torture until he died.

The alter began to exert its pull, growing increasingly potent. Shaoran observed this with a sinister smile. Then Shaoran started chanting again, one by one, ten more members of the Rex gang were taken to the altar. Each of them had to face the most torturous death imaginable in this universe.

They cursed, They begged but nothing worked... Shaoran was ready to sacrifice Rex, but suddenly the altar gave off a golden glow, indicating that it was fully charged.
