Waking up, Aaron laid in his bed. Pushing his hair out of his eyes. It had been a week since he got beat up, and beat the living crap out of some kids at Franklin High. One ended up in the hospital, one went to court, and one… well she only got expelled alongside Aaron. Although the weirdest thing about it all was Aaron's mother was ok with it. Getting up, he went into the bathroom, turning on the water to brush his teeth and hair. There was a mirror in front of him Aaron stared at it. He had his mothers fair skin. Like a dark natural tan from his genetics. Blonde hair, and yellow eyes. The doctors always thought his yellow eyes were strange, especially since it's such a rare condition. Aaron's mother told him it was a gift from his father, but he still didn't care. He didn't like his father, especially since he left Aaron and his mother poor. When Aaron voices his opposition to his father. His mother always looks at him sadly telling him that one day he'll know why his father left him the way he did. Aaron clenched his jaw, his teeth gritted together. He closed his eyes and took deep breaths, calming himself. Opening his eyes again, grabbed his tooth brush. After brushing his teeth and hair he came out of the bathroom. Looking for his mom. He scanned the kitchen, but she was nowhere to be found. A yellow slip sat on the counter. It read "Hey sweetie, I went out to the store for some groceries and new clothes for your new school. Speaking of, you need to get yourself registered at one. Good luck, and don't forget to put on something that smells good ok? :) -Love mom." Reading the note again, he had forgotten they had to move so he could be closer to different schools than in the area he was in. A knock was heard at the front door. He grabbed a steak knife, twisted it in his fingers and put it behind his back. He opened the door, to his surprise it was Taylor. Sharing in shock he barely got out words, "You're here." Taylor sighed looking at him. "Yeah, I guess we're neighbors…" she said I'm looking in the door in front of her. "May I come in, Aaron." Aaron had just come back to his senses. Feeling the cold outside he looked at her with temptation to shut the door. She still glared at him. "Fine," he said looking down at her hands, seeing the bag and cake box. "I'll take the box and bag from you," Said Aaron. Taylor handed him the box and bag and walked to the living room. She looked around for a few seconds before turning to him. " how did you activate your powers that day you didn't even know you are part archangel!" "Archangels aren't real, so take your religion somewhere else." Aaron said, unpacking the bag. Taylor groaned. "And you wonder why I hate you!!" She yelled storming out of the house. Aaron blinked at a fast pace.
A little while later, Aaron came out of his room again, fully dressed and ready to go find somewhere to go to school. He looked on a map for a while. For some reason no phone ever worked when he used it. He walked around town for about an hour until he found a good school that he wanted to go to. He opened the front office door and a bell rang. The lady at the desk looked up at him curiously. Respectfully, Aaron said "Hello, I'm going to see about registering for the school. I might've gotten expelled from my last one." She looked at me shocked. She had replied"W-why'd you get expelled?" I think as hard as I can, but I can't remember anything that day. "I don't remember. They said I got in a fight." She tilted her head, "Were you the kid who was almost hospitalized, over near franklin." I laugh nervously, "Yeah…" I responded. Then I remembered why I was there. "So would it be possible?" I asked politely. She got up and walked around the table. I got a really bad feeling. I stepped back. I bumped into someone behind me. I turned and looked up. A man towered behind me. He had long black hair and a short black beard. He had dark skin and red eyes. The man had a jagged jaw, he stood in behind of me. His arms are veiny and bulky. His clothes were ragged and torn. His hair matted with dirt. His voice was deep, "You don't belong in this school, child, you belong with others like you." He said, "I am Arioch Anaphiel, Keeper of the Expelled Children's University. Aaron's curiosity spiked, "Keeper?" He thought for a moment. "Like what kind of keeper, like… slaves?" He asked, Aaron balled his hand into a fist, but his instincts told him that he should trust this Arioch. The keeper had a he turned his head to see the lady reaching under her desk, she pulled out a gun. A gun in the middle of a school. "I am gonna need you both to leave." Her voice had changed. Not just her tone, her whole voice. It sounded dark and very demonic. Aaron's face morphed into that of fear. Instinctively Aaron jumped at the desk lady. Trying to wrestle the gun away. Suddenly fuzz sprouted from her hands. Her acrylic nails formed into claws. Her eyes went bloodshot then disappeared. A burst of dark energy made Aaron fly into a wall. Aaron's shoulder blades felt off. His body felt hot. Sweat dripped down his back, but weirdly, nowhere else. The monster lunged at Aaron. Before it hit him though, a blade sliced through it. Killing it. Aaron's eyes sat wide. The adrenaline of the last few seconds started to fade. His body exited its fight or flight mode. Looking back Aaron saw beautiful white feathered angel wings turning to dust. Aaron's disbelief left his mouth, "Woah…" there was no way this was real. Although it felt extremely real. Arioch grunted, "Are you unharmed child?" He couldn't seem to speak, he looked at Arioch. Aaron slowly nodded, seeing the giant sword in his hand. "What… was that?" Aaron asked now looking toward the halved monster. "It was a vampire. Turning to it's true form. Terrible fate. I displeasure it." Aaron sighed, moving towards the door. "So, where's this University you were talking about earlier." Arioch smiled, "Allow me to show you."
