Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Unveiling the God-Level Pirate Treasure Chest System

In a single night, Ye Chen delved deep into the enigmatic realm of the God-Level Pirate Treasure Chest System. According to the system's description, its primary objective was to cultivate the most formidable pirate in the history of One Piece. However, the fact that Ye Chen found himself in the world of Hokage raised questions about the alignment of the stars.

The functionality of this divine treasure chest system was straightforward and unsophisticated; it randomly spawned treasure chests in different locations. All the host needed to do was open these chests to obtain items from the pirate world. These items could range from Haki comprehension cards, weapon cards, character cards, to an array of other possibilities, including ordinary items. Each treasure chest opening posed a test of character for the host.

Ye Chen accessed the system panel, revealing his current status:

Host: Ye Chen

Abilities: Conqueror's Haki Lv1, Observation Haki Lv1, Armament Haki Lv1 (Requires 100 experience points for the next level)

Experience Points: 5/100

The attributes on the panel solely pertained to his pirate abilities and omitted his knowledge of ninjutsu. The system didn't specify how to accumulate experience points, leaving Ye Chen to explore the means himself.

Now that Ye Chen possessed Conqueror's Haki, he had newfound confidence in surviving this perilous world. Early in the morning, before dawn, he embarked on a run through Konoha Village.

He didn't rely solely on the system's aid; Ye Chen knew that becoming strong required unwavering self-discipline and diligence. In this early and quiet Konoha Village, bathed in the moon's gentle light, Ye Chen encountered an eccentric individual during his run.

This individual sported a distinctive green tracksuit, a watermelon hairstyle with intermittent highlights, and a perpetual grin that revealed a set of gleaming teeth. Ye Chen found him oddly familiar but couldn't immediately place the face.

The green-clad figure greeted Ye Chen with a friendly smile, his laughter reflecting a warm disposition. He was Namikaze Minato, the prodigious student of the Ninja School, rumored to have Chūnin-level skills while still in training.

Ye Chen, accustomed to solitude, had minimal interaction with his peers. However, Namikaze Minato was one of the few who showed kindness and interest in him.

Acknowledging the amicable greeting with a slight nod, Ye Chen continued his journey to the Ninja School. Along the way, he encountered classmates who pointed at him, deeming him an oddity.

Observing from afar, Namikaze Minato sighed and mused, "It's quite a challenge."

Upon arriving at the school's gate, Ye Chen found himself surrounded by an ensemble of classmates, three of whom approached Namikaze Minato, criticizing his association with Ye Chen.

Namikaze Minato defended Ye Chen, praising his strong work ethic. Yet, his peers remained unconvinced.

Within the classroom, the atmosphere buzzed with chatter before the instructor's arrival. Ye Chen, seated alone in the back row, remained untouched by others. He closed his eyes, reflecting on Three Body Technique, Shuriken Technique, and Conqueror's Haki.

Summoning the attribute panel, he noted that his experience points had increased from 5/100 to 20/100. Morning exercises had yielded a substantial fifteen-point gain.

Ye Chen contemplated this discovery, realizing that physical activity could enhance his experience points. Determined to maximize his growth, he resolved to continue his rigorous training regimen.

As the classroom quieted down, the ninja instructor entered, announcing the arrival of a new student from the Land of Whirlpools, the Village Hidden in the Whirling Tides, much to the class's excitement.

Ye Chen wondered, "A new student from the Village Hidden in the Whirling Tides? Could it be...?"

Moments later, a red-haired girl, about seven or eight years old, clad in a pale yellow dress, appeared at the classroom door. The sight of her crimson hair sparked astonishment in the room, as red hair was a rarity in this era.

Introducing herself as Uzumaki Kushina, the newcomer captured the class's attention. Her presence drew particular interest from Ye Chen, who noticed a certain spark of recognition in her gaze as it briefly met his from the back corner of the room.
