"Alright, since there are no more questions, let's move on to our next agenda…"
Blanc signalled Alenna who then started to walk closer to the meeting table while holding a fairly large journal.
She then placed the journal in front of Blanc with the pages already turned to the pages that Blanc needed for the next agenda.
Again, the council members were confused at Blanc's actions but they patiently waited for his words.
Blanc deliberately didn't tell them that some of them already had enough contributions to become nobles to give them a pleasant surprise.
"With the help of Alenna and the future staff members of the rewards department, we have calculated each and every one of your achievements. Of course, I shall grant bonus points to all of you since you're the ones who patiently built the kingdom step by step with me.
"Thus, after calculating your contribution points, I am happy to announce that the entire council has made it, you all have enough contribution points to become nobles. Although some ranked higher than the others, I assure you that the calculation of the contribution points was fair and square."
The council didn't doubt his words at all, they knew that Blanc was always impartial when giving both punishments and rewards so they listened attentively while excitedly waiting for their names to get called.
"Adelaine Laurelei, you are one of the top contributors in our kingdom and with a total of 445 contribution points, the kingdom hereby appoints you as a Marquess!"
The council was utterly shocked, especially Adelaine, she thought that with how hard it was to earn points just from Blanc's example earlier, she would be happy if she could be a viscountess.
But it turns out that she has been underestimating her own contributions way too much and before she knew it, she already surpassed her father's rank in the Lockridge Kingdom.
Tears welled up in the corner of Adelaine's eyes, she didn't expect that her big bro Blanc valued her achievements this much and due to this sincere appreciation of her efforts, she vowed to work harder for Rougenfort Kingdom.
"Next, Helena Laurelei…"

…
After Blanc patiently appointed each of the council members as the very first nobles of the Rougenfort Kingdom, he also gave them their own fiefdoms which they could nurture and develop. Once Blanc was done with everything, the entire council dispersed with wide smiles on their faces.
They felt happy that all their hard work was appreciated by Blanc, he didn't miss a single one of their notable achievements and they were completely satisfied with the noble ranks that they received.
However, everyone quickly got back to their work after the meeting since they still had lots of things to do and they only had a week to prepare for the crowning ceremony which would also be the day they officially become nobles.
The citizens were confused about what was happening to Resonance City since everyone who was working at the city hall was told to keep their mouths shut for the time being because Blanc wanted to surprise his subjects.
People and horse carriages were going in and out of Resonance City to accomplish the tasks assigned to them in preparation for the crowning ceremony as Blanc sent messengers to each of the territories under his control.
These messengers coordinated with the leaders of each settlement from cities up to the smallest villages under their control and invited the people to Resonance City for a "happy occasion"
Blanc worded it this way because he didn't want the attendance of the people to be mandatory.
He knew that even though his citizens were living way more comfortably now, they still had lots of hardships in their day-to-day lives, especially those who had just recently settled in.
And so, he didn't force them to attend the crowning ceremony since the space inside the city might not be able to accumulate all of his subjects.
A whole week passed just like this and the citizens were shocked upon learning that the invitation was for the crowning ceremony of King Blanc Rougenfort.
After learning that the ongoing preparations a week ago were for the crowning ceremony, the citizens felt excited.
They knew how kind and capable Blanc was and they were very grateful to him for giving them a safe and warm place to call home.
As ordinary citizens, they were used to being treated like garbage by the nobles but in this kingdom, they never felt anything like that and they could actually feel the peace and harmony of the ordinary citizens and the top brass of the kingdom.
Due to this, they sincerely believed that he would be a kind and wise king and so, they wholeheartedly supported his ascension to the throne.
Finally, the day of the crowning ceremony came. It was time to announce to the Praetoria continent that a new kingdom had risen in the gloomy plains.
